A Fabulous Suprize in the Mail

As many of you know I hate to sew or even touch fabric...I brake out into a sweating mass of jelly puddle on the floor.  The saddest part of all of this is that as a teenager my mom taught me how to sew.  I participated in all the sewing 4-H events in our community for the 10 years I was involved in 4-H.
I have no excuse--but hate to sew.
So when Brenda contacted me about one of my chicken patterns that is for painting and she was going to sew it I thought "better her than me"!
But look at how cute this chicken turned out!  I have been amazed and in awe since receiving it.  I let my daughter open the box and next thing I knew she had added it to her critter collection!

This is the pattern I sent her and the results are stunning.  What a talented person Brenda is.  That is called thinking outside the paint brush.  Listed below are the fun places to find her work.  Check out her cow and strawberry!  FABULOUS!!
